· No instrumental cues please
· You retain 100% ownership of your songs
· You will receive top dollar for every sync
· You receive 50% of all up-front proceeds from placements we secure
· You will receive 100% writer’s share directly from your PRO
· You retain 100% of all streaming and residuals without interruption
· JC3 does not register the song until such time a use is secured
· Once a placement has been established, we register the song using a unique catalog ID
· JC3 will be paid by the PRO 100% of the publishing for the use only
· No copyrighted samples, royalty free buyout samples or beats allowed
· Non-union only (no SAG/AFTRA, AFM, Musicians Union, etc.)
